Justin Lindholm is a writer, builder, systems thinker and the founder of Fishtape.

After more than two decades working at the intersection of technology, business and continuous improvement, he became increasingly interested in a different question: as our machines become more capable, what are humans capable of becoming?

His practice draws inspiration from everywhere: Deming and manufacturing, artists and musicians, technology, travel, books, business, conversations and the strange observations of everyday life.

He studies those collisions, experiments with what he finds, and turns the useful parts into writing, artifacts and experiences designed to help humans work, create and operate more consciously.
